Returns and Exchange

U.S. / Domestic Orders:

Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority. If your order doesn't work out for any reason we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 14 days of receiving an order.

You will pay for the shipping and will be provided with a label for all U.S. exchanges. All returns can be refunded back to the original payment method (with a shipping/handling fee deducted) or in the form of store credit. At this time, we do not offer free return shipping for international orders or refunds on customs or duties.
All returns and exchanges should be done through our RETURN/EXCHANGE PORTAL and mailed back to:

  • We only accept returned or exchanged item(s) in their original, unworn/unwashed, new condition with original hangtags or it may be rejected.
  • Personal items such as hats aren't eligible for returns due to hygienic reasons.
  • We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.
  • We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items.
  • Please use the generated return label/s that is assigned to EACH return/exchange order(s) that is emailed to you at the end of the process. Please DO NOT send multiple/different return orders in the same package and label. They MUST be shipped back separately with the corresponding return label.  
  • You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.
  • We do NOT refund original shipping charges when your order was first placed.
  • We are not responsible for any returned packages that are not successfully received back to our office.

International Orders:

Customers are responsible for paying all customs and return shipping fees. We have no control over customs fees and they vary from country to country.

Please include an exchange/return instruction message inside the package with below mentioned details:

Shipping and Handling Times:

Please note that 90% of all orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days! Overnight, Second Day, and Priority Orders are always shipped before the standard orders. We do not process or ship orders over the weekend. Any orders placed on the weekend or U.S. holidays will be shipped on the following business day. 

The cut-off time for same day shipping for Overnight, Second Day, Priority Orders, and DHL Worldwide Express is 8 am PST. Any orders placed after that time will be shipping the following business day.
