HIGHLIGHTS:
- The Nelk boys are at The Zoo and we're ready to train some legs today! NGL - They get it in!
- Steve will do it decides to do every leg exercise with - his chest? and apparently cannot jump rope forward... they made Steve different.
- The Dom Father makes an appearance and "talks" about doing legs then proceeds to look smaller than myself, Bradley, Greek God 2020.
- For me? I actually get a GREAT leg workout in and I fill you all in on some BIG things coming in 2020! Always giving back! Make love to the weights!
